Northern Corfu in Three Days
If you want to tour northern Corfu in three days you can easily do it and see busy resorts, quiet fishing villages, Mount Pantokrator, and the Andinioti Lagoon.
The View from Mount Pantokrator
Enjoy the beach resorts and the little fishing harbours, the bars and discos, or the solitude, and look at - but preferably drive to the top of - the powerful Mount Pantokrátor.
Day One
Morning
If setting off from Corfu Town then the first two resorts of Kontókali and Gouviá, which merge together, are worth stopping off for to see life around the marina and in the back streets.as well as the Venetian harbour. Unless you have a reason to visit Dasiá you might prefer to head inland here to the village of Káto Korakiána and the National Gallery Annex.
Afternoon/Evening
Return to the coast road and drive through Ýpsos and Pyrgí where you head inland to drive up to Mount Pantokrátor in the afternoon and back down again to the coast, perhaps overnighting in Nisáki where there is a good choice of accommodation and eating. The Street Bar and Grill is a particular favourite.

Day Two
Morning
It's only a short way north from Nisáki to try our Lawrence Durrell Walk to Kalámi, which starts in Kamináki and takes in other delightful little bays. You can easily return to the car and drive on to arrive at Áyios Stefános in time for the perfect lunch stop: the Eucalyptus.
Afternoon/Evening
Time to look round Kassiópi and later the Andinióti Lagoon, aiming for an evening stop in Acharávi, a friendly town with several good eating places and a choice of accommodation.

Day Three
Morning
From Acharávi, drive back a short way on the coast road for the turn off to Old Perítheia. Return to the coast for a quick visit to Róda, from where you should head inland again to the hill village of Nýmfes and a chance to buy some kumquat products at the Agricultural Cooperative there.
From here take the other road back down to come out near the coast at Karousádes and nearby Astrakerí in time for a late lunch at one of the fish tavernas. We don’t recommend a particular one as they’re all good.
Afternoon/Evening
Spend the rest of the afternoon in Sidári, as the late afternoon sun on the rock formations should paint them beautifully. There are plenty of places to stay and eat here, but if the very centre of town is too noisy for you there are other options further away from the action.
You can find out more about some of these places (and others) on our longer page about Northern Corfu Beaches and Villages.
